Safe & Effective All Girls Basketball Training!

Now going into it's 12th year, Swish Girls Basketball continues to make a major impact throughout Forsyth and Gwinnett counties and beyond. With off-season training programs that number between 50 and 150 (actual group size ranges from 10 to 36), Swish Girls Basketball has proven to develop game ready players in a very short period of time.

The program is typically available in three seasons - spring, summer and fall. Winter seasons may be available as well. Formats may include one night per week, two nights per week, and even some drop-in options.

Competitive Skill Building?

Everything from ball handling and finishing, to defensive positioning and rebounding will be taught in an environment that duplicates and even exaggerates game level intensity. The techniques used all come from coaches & trainers well known for player development, including some of LA's top trainers and  coaches such as Bo Ryan (Formerly Wisconsin), Tom Izzo (Michigan State), and many more!

Small sided games and decision making drills will also play a major roll as we move players from fundamental skill development to solid game decision makers. Check out our schedule below and register for you preferred option and location.
